You will need A S6 specific Grille Latch ($85 at dealer, just bought one last week).

eBay has plenty of OEM S6 & S4 mirror housings which will work on your A6.

Yes, but it will be 2mm short. The "popp put thing" will be hard to grab if you dont make it 2mm longer. I had that problem with my S6 grill.

The S6 mirrors costs (have I heard) 10 000 NOK in norway! Try Ebay as carbonLORD says!

And by the way, the grill will not fit right on! You have to modify it a little bit on the back side.
