98 2.8L Quattro?

I installed 2 4 weeks ago and the CEL light has not gone out....keeps reading bad O2's.
So the company that sold me them sent me another set of O2's. I'm going to try to install them tonight but I was just wondering if maybe installing them only is not enough.

You should clear the codes after any work is completed.

I cleared them after I installed the first time 4 weeks ago. CEL has been on since.

electrical malfunction and too lean Banks 1 and 2.
