The car is not so bad on the exterior but the interior is awfull .
Annoying things until now:
-No user manual
-Previous owner removed 2 cats more or less in the middle of the car. not sure on the impact
-Judder while breaking at moderate speed 50mph +-

I'm not sure if judder is from warped discs or suspension.
Whyle inspecting found what seems to be a rusted subframe.
Is this something I should worry about or just clean sand it and paint it ?

Looks about the same as 20 year old neglected cars in snowy areas here in the USA that use a lot of salt on the road look like... .
While it looks worse than it actually is, I would recommend cleaning it up as good as possible with a wire brush and painting it with a rust preventive paint. It can't hurt and might help the car to survive a bit longer.

Might be able to find manual on Ebay. If you do a Google search you will most likely find more sources for the manual. Some after market parts suppliers have owners manuals as well in reprint.
Based on the amount of rust, I would check the brakes for uneven wear. If the rust is preventing the calipers from moving easily the pads will make uneven contact. Also rust and crud build up can cause the rotors to not run true (in a flat plane). This will cause the pads to become beveled or unevenly worn causing the shudder when braking. Clean up all the rust and debris, may require new pads and rotors, apply an anti-seize lubricant to all the caliper mating surfaces (where they make contact and slide on the caliper mounts) and on the pins they slide on. You do all that and I can almost guarantee no more shaking on braking. Also make sure non of the pistons in the calipers are jammed or sticking.

Hi, some more info.
Went for a drive yesterday if I brake while turning left the car doesn't judder, any other situation it does.
Searching for rotors and pads I get several references for 288 and 312 rotors and different pads (example GDB1307 or GDB1307 from TRW)
Are you able to recognize which combo I have in the pictures bellow (alloys are 16")?
Also the following errors appeared. Which one should I address 1st? (I've ordered the Bentley service manual so next weekend I should be able to start wrenching)
p1548 Boost Pressure Regulation Valve (N75) Open Circuit
p1411-Secondary Air Injection System; Bank 2: Insufficient Flow
P1423-Secondary Air Injection System; Bank 1: Insufficient Flow
P1458 Exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 short to ground

Have you had the wheels off? Rotor information is usually stamped into the metal somewhere on the face or edge of the "hat" portion of the rotor, even on aftermarket ones.

Your pads are the GDB1381 pads. Two pistons per caliper, four pads per caliper. The rotors are 312 mm in diameter.
The CEL to address first is p1548 Boost Pressure Regulation Valve (N75) Open Circuit. The next would be the EGT code, then the secondary air injection last.
