Default AC issues even when freon is fully charged

My car is a 2004 Audi Allroad quattro 2.7 twin turbo, at the end of last summer season the AC worked great, now it will just continuous blow warm air. We have the freon levels, they are fully charged, we have also checked all of the fuses that could be fuse related and all of them are fine. I am having issues finding if there is an AC compressor relay and if so where the location might be. If anyone has suggestions as to what the issue may be that would be so helpful, as I have a child on oxygen and this heat just makes it so much harder on her.

According to the diagram attached, the AC Clutch relay is located in position 5 in the fuse panel behind the knee panel on the driver side.
