Hello, I have had this weird problem for a while now. If I start my car it will be very loud until it calms down (rpm's drop). But when I start driving it has this weird whining sound like you are driving with an electric rc car, it will go louder with bigger rpms. When opening the hood it seems that the sound comes either from the front or from the left side when sitting in the driver side. Turbo works fine. I can add a video when I get home if needed.

To help diagnose the problem, remove the serpentine belt. If the noise goes away, it is one of the devices driven by that belt.
