Audi a6 c5 climatronic

Hey, I have a6 c5 prefl model. Im planting to do convert from 1din to 2din. I know i need 2din climatronic. I have spare one in my garage from audi a6 c5 fl. Is it going to work on prefl? Or I need just to buy prefl climatronic?

If you have one on the shelf, try it and see. You may find that it will not work, in which case, you may have to buy the other one.
