Audi A6 won’t shift from park, brake lights work. TCM?
My Audi is a recent purchase(used) last week I parked it, then the next day I got in , and will not shift from park. The brake lights work so I know it’s not the brake light switch. I was wondering if it is 100% the transmission control module(TCM) before I go and buy another one, and install. Please help .

Probably not the TCM.
I would look at the ignition key removal lock cable adjustment. It is designed to force you into Park before you remove the ignition key... It also will not let you shift out of park until the ignition key is in the On position (and the brake pedal is pushed.)
