The new Audi A6. Challenge convention
It's getting to be a habit: Audi takes the status quo and
overturns it. In the past, innovations such as quattro®
all-wheel-drive brought supercar levels of grip,
roadholding and performance for every driver, whatever
the conditions. This time, it's the turn of the executive
class: the new A6 is about to rewrite all the rules.
Dynamic performance: strength without mass
The new A6 features a chassis structure that's lighter
without any loss of protection - so you enjoy a more
dynamic driving experience, with benefits in performance
and economy.
Adaptive Lights: directional beams help you see around
corners
The new A6's adaptive lights point the way you're
steering. So at night your vision of what's coming up next
is substantially improved.
MMI (Multi Media Interface): control without distraction
The new A6 is laden with features - but that doesn't have
to mean banks of switches or spending hours reading the
owner's manual. MMI simplifies a host of control functions
and puts them at your fingertips.
DVD Navigation: faster processing, greater coverage
The new A6's DVD-based navigation holds far more
information than a conventional CD-based system. So you
could travel right across Western Europe without needing
to change the DVD. It's faster, too, so you can store and
find destinations swiftly and easily.

Interesting, very interesting
The page makes reference of a lightweight frame. Evidently, earlier stories that mentioned the A6's move to the ASF, similar to the A8, could be true! This description hints at the new A6 as a technological showcase for Audi. It is unclear if the debut is at Detroit, as rumored, or more likely at Geneva this Spring.
