For anybody who's had to replace either of the parts.

Please leave your experiences and where to buy the parts from...

Default Best would be a $5k 4-wheel big brake setup from Bira or Stoptech or.....

But is that what you really want? A little more info would be helpful. If rotors are OK, you can get good after market pads. Have you tried a search - lots of brake info throughout this forum.

Try here

Default Depends on what you use the car for.

I put zimmemann x-drilled rotors on my '98, and it works great for normal driving. If you never take your car to the track, forget about upgrade brake kits and spend your money on something else.

Here's a few pics of my rotors.

Yeah. Although I tracked my 2.8 with aftermarket pads and stock rotors and never had a brake problem.

Default I have Stoptechs on my 2.8 30V and they're great.

I have the 355mm big brake package, which requires a minimum 18 inch wheel. Four piston aluminum calipers, cross-drilled/slotted rotors, stainless steel lines, etc. Quite an expensive upgrade but the performance is far beyond anything the stock system is capable of.

To be honest, I don't know. Never checked when I installed them. They work just fine though... )
