Default Boost spike at throttle cut?

I've logged my car many times, car feels very on/off. I've noticed from graphing runs. Between shifts(Tip) or just cutting the throttle after flooring it etc. The boost seems to spike a lot at times. The avg boost is down, then big spike at the end. Can this only be caused by a DV problem? Or can it be a boost leak? Doesn't seem like a leak would cause a spike. I've tested the DV's and they hold open with vacuum. I'm not sure if there is a better way of testing them or not? I've mityvac'd them open...I've pushed the diaphragm open with a socket and done the thumb trick.

Man my car is pissin me off!

Default could be a leak also

Had a similar issue and it was my N75 valve
Here is a quick boost DIY setup
