Default Camshaft Tensioner Slapping Down.
Would this be a symptom of a bad tensioner?

Symptomatic of nothing. Car not running means no oil pressure to run the tensioner. Looks fine to me.

great thanx I was just wondering because the driver side isn't doing it and I just finished changing out all the gaskets. And the pads on the tensioners

Once you squeeze all the oil out of it when doing the pads, the tensioners often behave the way yours are. No worries.
