Can you remove the exhaust manifolds without removing the heads (AHA engine)?

That's OK....
I am recovering from a timing belt failure- all 30 valves were bent, so both heads were machined. I have some serious exhaust leakage up front, so your answer tells me two things-
I can manually re-torque all em bolts, though it may not be easy
and
if I need to re-replace the EM gaskets, I don't have to buy 2 more head gasket kits.
Thanks- your reply is very helpful!
