Difference between a 2001 and a 2001.5 A6????
I've seen the two model year designations used in here interchangeably. What is the difference between the two? Anything of any substance?

I have a 2001 A6 that I purchased in July of 2001. I am not aware of any 2001.5 designation, nor have I seen it referred to on the A6 forum. Perhaps you are thinking of the A4 forum. They refer to 1999.5 and 2001.5 quite frequently.

The 2001 MY had 2 sports packages...
The early 2001 had the PSK package with the 16" split spoke wheels and the late 2001 had the PST packagevwith the 17" BBS style wheel. Maybe this is what is being referred to?
