Since erased the code, car just parked & not drive any more but I need to drive to the shop which did my timing belt to check it out on Sunday or Monday, about 10 mi., hope it is OK.

If you can't check it yourself a flat-bed roll charge is cheap insurance,
don't have to tell you what Dirty Harry would say about being lucky.

2 camshaft position sensors (CPS, $47 ea) were replaced in driver side (bank 2). Picked up the car today. RPM is back to normal.
Timing not jumped because engine has no shaking or rough idle.

AAA flat bed to mechanic 11 miles away ... first 3 mi is free and $3/mi, so cost of well-spend $24

Default Better than a belt issue but you never can tell with these problems.

What was the labor charge on the parts replacement?
A potential belt issue is nothing to take lightly and with most members that would agree, the worst advise to anyone is one that causes more problems, cost.

$90 diag. $47x2 CPS. $70 labor plus tax ttl $280
