In as few as 50,000 miles, the control arms on the front of your vehicle can begin to creak, groan, and cause your vehicle to feel less stable and make handling less precise.

At highway speeds, your vehicle may even wander from side to side, compromising the car's safety.

The Vaico Front Upper Control Arm Kit includes each part required for a thorough refresh - each control arm comes with factory installed ball joints and bushings, making installation infinitely more simple.

A lid for every pot

Wow. I guess you get what you pay for.

Who writes this stuff about as little as 50K miles? Someone running in east buttfork,Egypt? Such use would be abusive, even under audi's warranty.

And replacing everything for $140 when ONE upper control arm can cost $140 at ECS' prices (even though off-brand is $30…) is unsane.

Unless someone is just redoing everything and flipping the car "with new rebuilt front suspension".

A lid for every pot.

Definitely not unheard of for a control arm to fail under 50k miles. Improper installation can cause them to fail even sooner. How many people actually readjust their control arms after they lower their vehicle? Slim to none. But if you don't you're causing extra stress on the bushings because they are no longer resting at "ride height" or in a neutral position.

Believe it or not but these control arms are manufactured in Germany. As are many of the parts Vaico makes.
