I need a new bumper for my 2000 a6 2.7T has anyone used these guys? My body shop guy says we cant use them they dont fit nicely.

Does anyone know where I can get an undamaged clean OEM bumper cover within the Atlanta area?

A quick search of completed auctions on ebay using keywords "bumper cover audi a6" shows that these folks have yet to sell one of the covers to an Audi A6 owner.

Since there are no completed auctions for front bumper covers for the A6 on ebay there is no way to email a buyer to verify quality and fitment.

I haven't priced OEM yet but I'd check that first before buying an aftermarket part. The problem in this case is that if the part is bad, it's a huge piece that is going to stick out like a sore thumb.

For now, I'm going to refinish my original bumper as best I can.

7000 feedback means nothing when you have a 95% with 373 negative feedback remarks, and did you read some of these comments? Bumper NOT new....we had to repair ourselves....the list goes on.

There are bumper repair specialists that can do a decent job. Just a thought.

thanx to everyone for replies, i thought it looked shady myself but just wanted to see if anyone used them. My double parked and i was sitting in it when a truck backed up into me. He made a whole in my bumper 2 inches away from my headlight. " was i glad to find out that your horn doesn't work if the ignition key is out" all happened so fast i ran out of the car yelling.

So I've been looking for a decent deal on the original bumper for my 2000 A6. I've asked the dealer and they told me that 1998-2001 2.8 is different than the one on my 2000 2.7T is that true?
