Having troubles finding EGT sensors for your A6 2.7t? A solution is available...

Are you getting EGT sensor codes, poor running, off-throttle harshness? It's likely time to replace one or both EGT sensors and as some have found this can be a hard proposition currently. You might have noticed that finding singular EGT sensors for one side of your motor is nearly impossible and Audi has replaced the two separate left and right side sensors with an expensive repair kit that replaces both sensors at once for the cost of $522.02 dealership list!

Now there is a solution for those who need one unit or the repair kit. Singular units are available, left or right or the entire repair kit at pricing substantially lower than dealership retail.

Better yet, anyone have a step by step DIY for coding out the EGT sensors so they don't throw CEL codes???

It's not done with VAGCOM, you need to learn several other tools, such as nefmoto.
