Head light warning buzzzer and other issue
 

Need some feed back on the cause and if they are related to one source.

1.When Driver door is open there's no chime and also no door open symbol on instrument cluster
2.No warning buzzer if head lights are left on after car is shutdown.
3.When trunk lid is opened completely trunk latch enables driver door latch to lock all doors.

Would all these issues be related to the driver's side door lock latch or is it related to the instrument cluster module or something else. Thx
