Default Help to change the Rt Rear O2 sensor

I am planning to order the replacement O2 sensor, but have not been able to find any threads about how to change it. This would save me $50 in labor. Eventually I will order a Bentley manual and VAG-Com but for now, please help!! Thanks, J

Default get the universal O2 sensor

all you need to do is cut the old wire from below and reuse the old connector. the universal O2 sensor has an adapter that connects the old connector and the new sensor. instruction is shown in the sheet in the box.

Default Highlights...

1. get the car off the ground with the method of your choice. I think its easier to do this job if the front and rear are up
2. unscrew the O2 sensor
3. unclip the O2 sensor wire from misc clips and zip ties
4. screw in the new O2 sensor
5. tape the connector end of the new O2 sensor to the sensor end of the old O2 sensor
6. from the engine bay (passenger side firewall), pull the new O2 sensor wire up using the old O2 sensor wire
7. connect the new O2 sensor
8. re clip / zip tie the new wire
9. lower car
10 done!

BTW, check the vastperformance.com site for Zoldman replacement O2 sensors

Default I think I will go with the universal...

...since it only costs around $70, and Im confident in the reliability of Bosch. It will be much easier to replace as well. Im sure that eventually I will need to replace all 4 and the total to replace all them will add up. In the mean time, will it benefit me to pull out the other 3 and clean them with electronic spray?
