A Little Birthday Mod to Share With AW'ers.....
What's better than spending one's birthday modding??? Well a good glass of Chardonnay comes close but since Theresa had to go to work for a few hours I get to spend my birthday doing what I want. So I finally got at the below mod. Was tired of the sub cover laying in the trunk so I could get more bass. Thanks to Stoney for the idea of removing the cover in the first place. Picked up a spare grille cover for free from local car stereo place. Cut the plastic with a jig saw and here ya go.
Off to the Canton CT Firemans Lobsterfest tonight!!! YUM!!!!! |

he can still breathe! LOL!
j/k...nice idea. I remember we talked about trying that a while ago. I thought you had given up on it. Interested to hear your impressions on the sound quality. Oh, and Happy B-day!!! |

Happy birthday!
|
happy bday man. And a good idea.
by the way, Bose's construction for the sub in our cars is fantastic. I don't care for their component speakers, but the design for the sub is hard to surpass. It's nice to see a clean method of adding that extra punch to it.

I really hope you make it to the Hartford GTG in Sept!!!
