misfire on audi a6 4.2

I bought a solenoid due to misfire , wondering how come I could find out which cylinder is misfiring with out removing all of them.... help please...

yeah cylinder 4 was the problem ....its fix but now i have another issue ...while I was removing the air box the water line going to the heater coil broke and I tried to fix but its still leaking antifreeze...any suggestion?
