Default My friend brought back my euro mirror from Germany...details:

Part Number: 4B0 857 535 B
Cost: 38, 11 EURO (34.4544 USD)

I'd take a picture, but I don't have a digital camera at the moment.

Default I believe spherical is the proper term. Basically, there is a line in the mirror at which point it

angles out to give you a wider view. It basically eliminates the blind spot. All the european models have it, no idea why they don't put them on the US versions. I got the one for the driver side, but I believe they also have one for the passenger side.
