Hello to all. We had our first board meeting for 2002 on Sunday January 27th in Red Bank NJ and we are ready to go. We are shooting for our first annual meeting on Sunday March 10, please put it on your calendar. Look for my announcement in mid February for time and place. I am trying to make arrangements for a picnic at Allaire State Park for 11am on that Sunday, but the plans are not yet set.

In no particular order these are the topics to be discussed at our annual meeting: history and future of the club, changes at the corporate level, voting on officers, a few raffles, lunch, creating a directory of members, our website on audicarclubna.org (formerly- quattroclubusa.org), map out the year ahead, stickers and eblems for NJ chapter, and input and feedback from members on what they want from the club.

Finally we do in fact have a new name which comes from corporate. It is Audi Car Club of North America-NJ Chapter. I hope everyone saw the good press we got in the winter edition of Quattro Quarterly 2002. (Under regional news, NJ Chapter, page 67) Thank you for making the first year of our club great. Keep participating and best regards to all.
