i have tryed maltiple diffrent way to get this vehicle to start. I have changing the ignition switch starter ran new starting wire. And all i got was clicks and a couple rotation. When i got the couple rotation did not hear any bad noise just sounded like 2 healthy rotation

yes because it is the second battery with a full charge at 13.1v charge

I have ran new cables to the starter and I have clean all the grounds on the engine.

i have notice the serpentine belt is kind of to tight could this also be the problem i might be having a brain fart on this

also is there a safety that will make the starter click but not turn anywhere in the motor

i have got the starter to turn I had to put a ground wire on one of the starter bolts to get it to work now she starter will spin the motor over but not ignite the fuel mixture. I think it could be the spark plugs or the coil pack but the coil is brand new on it. any other ideas what it could be because I don't have any internet so I am trying to get all ideas so that I can check them all when I go back to the car.
