Can anyone categorize how much oil is lost per cause of oil leak? For instance, if I were to put a quart of oil in my car right now, and let it idle for 45 minutes, my cars low oil warning light would come on if I tried driving down the road, especially downhill. Cam seal? Crank seal? Oil Pan? Cylinder head gaskets?

I think you can't put it like that . Because you can have small or big leaks in the same spot .
However if it's losing liters in 45 minutes you must be able to actualy see where the big leak is coming from. If you don't see liters of oil in the floor it could be the head gasket or the turbos . Do you have blue smoke out of the exhaust pipe ?

My guess: o-ring on oil cooler is blown out.
For that kind of volume, it must be a high pressure leak.
