Either one will work fine. The joints on the drive shaft are not as heavily stressed as the joints on the half shaft due to less flexing (at least if you align the drive shaft correctly.)

Nice, so now when applying this grease to driveshaft, even if this grease is more compatible to the old grease it already has, it still will be better not to mix this new grease with the old one right? So the best thing to do is to wipe the old grease from shaft and and reapply with this new one? Or what would u recommend?

So I keep the same one?...okay so this is how I did it, I only addded grease to the flange, just about he same amount as how it was before I cleaned it.
note about picture:flange its not really that packed with grease as it looks , its the angle of picture, i spreaded a medium layer all around
and this is how my driveshaft was looking
