Pioneer Avic F700BT in a C5 A6 with Bose?
<center><img src="http://www.cartronixplus.com/images/avicf700bt400.gif"></center><p>My 2001 A6 2.7T is getting older, but I've become interested in upgrading the headunit to the new Pioneer Avic F700BT.
This unit has integrated NAV, Ipod Interface and Bluetooth. After searching the forums, I'm confused as to whether this will work with my existing Bose speakers. I know - they're not the best - but for me they're fine for now. Does anyone have info on doing a head unit upgrade like this one? Any thoughts on the Avic F700 BT? Thanks! Thanks 5speed6 - an everyone else.
Thanks for the post on the caraudio forum.
I am 90% sure that I am going to install the Avic. Haven't quite decided if I need DVD or not - I'm leaning toward not. There is a big variance in prices on these, some places are down around $550, others are around $850. I'll post results on what I do. Steve |
Find the middle priced shop, and talk with them...
..build up a good relationship..it's to your advantage inthe long run in case of any issues.
