Is it possible for 1 coilpack to A) cause misfires in other cylinders, and B) cause the misfires to
be intermittent....the engine runs fine, then it starts to act up....then it goes away after like 1 min..... seems to act up a lot when I come to stop

I agree. Really need to log the misfires, though so you can see what cylinders. The change ECT and
if that still doesn't solve the situation, you can swap out the ICM's and see if the misfires follow one of the ICM's. Might want to swap the ICM's first as that is even simpler than changing the ECT sensor.

Why i am getting misfires on both banks 3 and 6 then? I just replaced the coolant temp sensor....an
and went out....the car start off great, then started to sputter when I came to a light.....when I got the highway....its fine, then it acted up throwing the code (flash)....for #3 and #6 cylinders.

Hard to properly diagnose over the intarweb. We are simply listing common items to fail. Coilpaks,
plugs, injectors, dirty throttle body, vacuum leak could all cause your misfires in addition to the stuff mentioned (ECT and ICM). How old are plugs? Clogged fuel injector(s)? Clogged fuel filter? Dirty MAF or IAT sensor?
Swap out coilpak on one of these cylinders and log misfires. If it moves w/ the coilpak, then that is likely culprit. If not, then look at plugs or injectors. Again, swapping the ICM's is simple and you can log misfires and see if they move. The ECU runs a complicated software package. Sometimes hard to properly diagnose intermittent problems.
