Car started to run rough at low speeds and when idol. The check engine light starts ti blink. Also big loss in power will barely accelerate until I reach 40mph. But after I reach 40 and above car runs smooth but still notice the lack OK power. Can also smell gas sometimes. And have very poor fuel economy. Parked it and came back about 10 mins later, and the car ran fine. Came out about an hour later, and the engine started fine but started was running hard again and had all the previous symptoms. Checked the codes and came back with these...p0353. P0156.P0300.P0303.P0036.P0136.P0118. P0056. PO353. Which of these would cause the misfire on 3 and 5. I recently bought the car and was told the spark plugs and coil packs where recently changed. Also how do I check my coil packs. Pretty sure I know where they are located, but can't find any diagrams online for my particular engine. 2001 A6 quattro 2.8. I also think my oil has a slight gas smell. If anyone could give me some DIY tips before I head to a shop it would be greatly appreciated.
