I don't see any underhood sticker part #'s

Definitely not any S6 specific ones.

The presence of the original "stickers" means that body panel is original...
 

I don't think the "stickers" would show up on a parts list.

On certain cars, Porsches in particular, original body panel stickers are important, replacement body parts would not have them.
