Default Strange noise from engine inside car

Hi guys .

I am a newcomer to audit, I was before and owner of an A6 Avant 2.4 and now an Allroad 2.5 TDi 180 PS .
This is the noise comes, presumably, from the left front part of the car .
If I open the window, the sound reflects in cars and things so it seems faced to the outside .

It starts at 20 km/h and stops at 70 - 80 km/h
Only after the car is warm.

If I heard the noise and out neutral, pitch and sound doesn't change. So it seems not related to engine belts and so on .
If I rev the car, pitch doesn't change .
The car has the suspensions arms changed, gearbox totally rebuild and camshafts changed. 247.000kms in tacho .

Thanks in advance from sunny malaga, Spain .

Possible bad CV joint or hub bearing.

CV = constant velocity joint (part of the drive shaft)

If it would be a cv problem, should change the pitch with the speed isn't ?
Same has hub bearings .

This one is not changing pitch with speed.
Also, I am heard the noise and put neutral, rev goes down but noise remains.
