Ok don't know what to do. My car randomly , usually when its hot or damp outside decides to shift extremely aggressive. Its a 2000 c5 auto 2.8. No slipping, and it goes into every gear fine. It just chooses to shift really high in the rpm band. Usually around 4 to 5k. Its also downshift happy.

My shop performed adaptation, and still nothing. Any ideas? No codes btw.

When was the last time you changed the trans fluid and checked the dif fluid levels?

I changed the transmission fluid and filter last year. Diff fluid I think was also done last year.
