Trading my 2.8 A6 wagon for 2.7T. What should I pay in trade?

I'm ready to trade my 2000 wagon,(37,000 miles) for a 2000 2.7T or 2001. I'd like to go under 30,000 miles and go for the 2001 if I can afford it. Also, going through the dealer with an Audi assured vehicle, seems like the easiest and best way unless there is big incentive to try privately.

Re: Very nice looking car you have there .. Now why would you want to risk trading it in?
Thanks but just not enough power here at 10,000 feet in CO. and a 6 speed is also a big plus at this altitude.

Re: What about Allroad? No 6-speed (or very few), but same 2.7T.
Was thinking S4 wagon but chances of finding one is real slim. The sedan would work for me (I actually prefered one) but had wife influence at the time we got the Avant. Our first. I'm ready to upgrade if I can work it out.
