Turn of warning bells with VCDS?

Turn of warning bells with VCDS?
In this car I've noticed that the warning chimes seem to be a bit excessive. Spending hours in the car with the door open working on VCDS or flashing is driving my up the wall because the annoying chimes never stop.
I see that you can activate the seatbelt warning active as an option in coding of the instrument cluster. The setting is 02, but can you deactivate it? If so, what would the setting be?

You subtract 2 from the first two digits of the 5-digit code, so if the code is "12345" subtract 2 from the 12 and the code should be "10345"
If you want the seatbelt chime on, you just add the 2 back to the first two digits.

Sorry, but I'm a little confused. I need to code the instruments because this is an ecu that has never been in my car. Right now it says it's coded to 16264. The wiki says that +16 is for navigation - which i don't have. So...right now it's at 16 meaning it thinks I have nav...right? So, if I don't have nav but I DO want the seatbelt warning off, would I set the first two digits to 00? Also, I believe the faults I am receiving in HVAC are a result of a coding issue...hoping because of the Instruments coding.

That's not how you add up the numbers. Best to start with a clean sheet of paper at 0. Then in one column write a number for the feature you want enabled, one number per line. So you'll have
1024
512
2048
16
4096
64
And so on
Then you add them all up. And that's the number you put in.
Then in the future, if you want to remove a feature whose number is 32, you simply subtract 32 from the final number and code the cluster again. If you want to add a feature whose number is 128, you just add that number and recode it.
The reason i prefer a clean slate is because it is not straightforward to determine which features your cluster is coded for simply by looking at the number. Sure, some will be apparent, but in general it takes some calculating. So if you use somebody else's number, you don't know what's enabled and what's disabled.
Keeping a spreadsheet helps.

I'm not an expert, but sounds like the coding done to remove immobilizer is not complete, or at least it's throwing some errors about your key not being coded to the ECU/immo.
