Yes, I've done this job before...and I used to be a VW/Volvo tech. I simply want to have access to info I've previously paid to access. Turns out that I inadvertently posted this in the C5 section, though I have a C4. Bentley doesn't offer a paper version of the C4 manual. I'm not happy.
