Default Voltage Meter in cluster not working

I have a 2001 Audi A6 C5 Quattro with 165,000 miles. I sent my cluster away to get a new digital display because I could no longer read mine. When it came back the volt meter no longer worked. Is there a fuse or replay associated with this gauge? The battery is good and the alternator is charging. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok so I looked and the fuse for the instrument cluster is good. My question now is, can I replace just the voltage gage in the cluster or do I have to replace the whole cluster? also before I do that is there a way to test if I am getting power to the voltage meter?
thank you for any help!

Send it back to the guy who worked on it. Chances are that he screwed something up.

tried to they said that they don't touch any of the other gages....Not sure I trust sending it back. Either way if it can't be fixed then I guess I will get a new instrument cluster....

I have a similar problem but not only does the volt meter not work, I get a "Fuse" warning over the odometer and the clock resets every time I start the car. Fuse 15 keeps blowing.

Gremlins...

What georgeb944 said! It is easy to screw up when messing with printed circuits, etc. Don't know who you sent it to but the reputable module places will have stellar guarantees. Module Masters warranties labor and the repair parts, and easy to work with.
