Where to purchase headlight lenses

I've tried multiple applications with sanding/buffing and polishing to remove the yellow haze from my 04 xenon lights but it just won't seem to go away completely. Either I'm doing it wrong, or the plastic just won't clear. Is there a way to purchase just the plastic lense? I don't need any other part of the lights but I can't seem to find a part number for just the lenses.

Headlight as a unit only. Find a professional shop that cleans those lenses, there ought to be several around, get them to do it.

I paid about $150 for both headlights plus the protective 3M film covering. Looks like new, crystal clear. Before, i butchered the job myself.

I've recently just did wet sanding and polish on the headlights on my -99 C5 with around 130.000 miles on it. The result is good enough for me and I have pictures on them: http://www.garaget.org/mypage/gallery_image.php?user=178332&image=1806464

I do them on customer cars with bad headlights, its very involved to try and make them perfect. But you can make them abnout 90% pretty easy. I wet sand by hand 800, 1200, 1500, then i use an electric buffer and rubbing compound and they look beautiful. Top it off with a coat of wax. Customers will come and you can see them just staring at thier car lol, nice free surprise

What was your grit progression?

thanks for the details. I just did light compound, by hand, and got a significant improvement. But the upper 20% for some reason is much more badly pitted.

I decided not to take the chance (yet) doing more harm than good.
