Window Control Issues and Front Fog rewire mess up

I've had my a6 2.8 for about 2 years now and it never really bothered me but there is a problem with the windows, the drivers controls work for all the windows and the front passenger can use there switch to make there window go down but the rear window switches dont work, i ahve to control them from the front. no the windows are not on log, is this a vag-com issue or is there just something wrong with my switches.
Also I had the front fog rewire for about 6 months and i just took the fuse connector piece off yesterday to check something and when I went to put it back on one of the pieces in the fuse box got pushed all the way in. So now when i go to pout a fuse in it is all loose and there is no connection, how do you get that pulled back out? thanks

Seems to be a common problem ....

At least the window portion.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a6/msgs/590066.phtml">Click</a></li></ul>

..and getting to the fuse block isn't too tough...

Remove the plastic clip-in trim from above the steering wheel, remove the two now-exposed bolts and two at the lower corners. That will let you access the back of the fuse panel and get the holder clicked back in place...unless you broke something, then thats a whole other can of worms. :P

Isn't there a 5th bolt you access through the fuse panel??
