I need to remove the center rear panel and "sub-woofer".

I removed the center speaker cover and 4 torx screws. I've read the center panel is held in snug with clips but it wont budge. Any tips are appreciated, I obviously don't want to crack anything.

Previous posts that cover this are not specific and pic links are gone. Please help! Also has anyone replaced the subwoofer speaker/amp with after market plug and play to Concert HU? Thanks!
