Hello All,
I have a randomly inoperable window washer that my dealer says is due to the stalk switch going bad. Sometimes all functions work correctly, and when it is malfunctioning, washer is inoperative along with rain sensitive wiper function.
anyway, they want to charge $740 to replace the stalk so I will attempt to do it myself.
All the guides and pictures I have seen online and in this forum are older A6 units, and I need to know the proper way to remove the steering wheel airbag. Specifically, how to gain access to the screws that hold it to the wheel. Some writeups say there are screws, others say clips. Mine has the 4 spoke wheel. Any help on this would be appreciated.
