2009 A6 3.0T MOLL Battery

2009 A6 3.0T S-Line

I have a MOLL Battery part# 8K0 915 105F , somebody please tell me if its AGM or non-AGM battery. Thanks.

Google says its a WET battery.

Our cars do not need an AGM battery. Because it is not located in the actual passenger compartment.

Battery is in the trunk, which is passenger compartment.

trunk is not the passenger area

the main reason for agm batteries in a passenger area, is incase of a rollover, you will not get battery acid dripping on you.

trunk doesn’t matter, nobody in there (hopefully)

My 2009 A6 was fitted with a 110 Ah MOLL battery from new.
