One thing that irritates me is that the fog lights cannot be turned on with the low beams. Is there a work around for this?

Also is there a honeycomb grille that has an American license plate holder built into it? I haven't been able to find one.

Thanks, Bill

And one other question. The 3.0T supercharger is awful quiet. Anyway to make it any louder? Any baffles or anything that can be removed from the air intake or anything like that?

you pulled the switch 1-click toward you (fog lights)?

remove the baffle plate from the top center of the SC (lift off the black pulley cover and you will see the baffle).

The baffle is the plate held on by a couple torx screws?

Do you mean the parking lights? On my 05 A6, with just the parking lights on, pulling the **** out to the fog-light position does nothing. They will then come on for the low-beams, and then off again when you turn on the high-beams.

I'm sure you could tweak the programming with a VAG-COM to get the fog-lights to come on with just the parking lights, but I do not know for sure, as I do not currently own one.

I figured out how to get the fogs on with the low beams. Switch goes all the way to the right for manual low beams and then pull it to get the fogs.

I took that metal plate off the top of the supercharger, it didn't make any difference in the superchargers sound. Had anyone had any success in making their SC louder?

As mentioned above, you can change them to be on with either the DRLs or low beams via Vag-Com. (Which is helpful if you are like me and worried about forgetting to shut the lights off if you take it off of auto!)
