Default Vibration when turning under load.

Hi all.
Problem with my newly acquired MY10 Audi A6 Quattro. Done only 80,000Kms.
When turning from stand still or slow roll, then under acceleration from 3 quarter to full lock the car gives a slight shudder, the same noise and feel you would get from tires rubbing on guards.
There is no rub what so ever when inspected on hoist.
It does not happen at all when cold, only after ten mins of driving. So am hoping just oils??

It does have larger wheels on it. They are Audi but with 255/35/20 instead of 245/40/18 or 255/35/19. But even if this was a problem it doesn't explain why only after ten min of driving.
Please help.
Thanks

Sounds like what we call "Quattro rumble". Probably just need to change fluids in your front and rear diffs and transfer case.

From my understanding, this is almost like a locked diff trying to turn on pavement. Because the diff is sort of a limited slip type, this rumbling can happen when you turn sharp...as far as I know... lol

G-Can,
Sorry. Haven't been on here is several days. Here is the thread that will help you with this job. It's not easy in my opinion. You can read through this entire thread if you want. There is helpful info in there. My posts are at the end of the thread. Take care and good luck. It will stop the rumbling after you change the fluids. Mine is still "rumble-free".
