At 130K my front wheel bearings are starting to make noise so I'm going to change them. I did them in my 2004 C5. Ive read here that some have done it without removing the pinch bolt on the upper control arm, is it possible? Is the pinch bolt removal the same PITA as it was in the C5? It seems to be a different bolt (longer)in the C6 and it seems to be a wize move to have them on hand before starting the project.. And advise??
