A6 C6 - removing annoying warning beep?
Is there any way to remove that extremely annoying loud warning beep, that occurs e.g. when fuel or windscreen washer fluid is low?
Audi A6 C6 display is informative and clear enough to see all warnings.
I really love this car but unnecessary lound unpleasant warning beep is a real deal breaker!

This might seem like a solution but unfortunately it isn't.
I had an situation when oil level sensor misfunctioned and the first availabe time to the workshop was after a week. Till then I was forced to hear this super annoying beep every time car was started.
So my question still is - can this beep be removed by software or hardware approach.

well the fluid washer should be able to code away at least...
it says in the vcds instrument label file:
"+5 = Washer Fluid Warning active"
so just remove 5 from the code you have in 17-instruments coding and that should do it.

You can't really code out the fuel sensor, but have you read this thread: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a6-...empty-2959949/
Since you already know how to code out your wiper fluid reservoir based upon @hrc4u response.

I just want to disable this beep, but still able to see all warning messages. Is it really impossible to achieve?
