Default Aftermarket Air Filter
Can anyone recommend a good aftermarket air filter? The 55k service indicates replacing the air filter and I might as well go aftermarket. I was initially thinking of K & N, but have since then heard not very good things about them.

Any recommendations?

I have a K&N in mine. It works fine, and I don't have any issues with it. What have you heard?

the shop who did my shocks/spring install was saying they are oily etc - maybe he was just trying to get me to buy what he had to sell.

K&N Filters pass more dirt than paper filters, particularly fine particles.

Pass on the K&N, they allow alot of junk to pass through them.
