Hi Audi World!

My Audi A6 3.0TDI turbo sometimes stops working, when I start it up. Turbo doesn't stop working when I am driving, only if it's turned off for longer period of time. Usually when turbo is not working, I just turn off my engine for a minute and then it starts working again. I think it has something to do with revolution valves because these are removed. Here are some pictures of the valve that i think is causing the problem. Anyone knows easy fix for this? Maybe put string that pulls it out?
