This is all personal preference. Some people are perfectly happy with the look of the eibach's/H&R's/coilovers. It all comes down to what looks good to you. Do a search in the C6 section for H&R springs and eibach springs and you will find many examples to help you make a decision.
Thanks for the info. I just went today and did a sample fitting of some 20's on my car and I think I'm comfortable with about a 1.2 inch drop.

Amy idea why it sags?

On a side not I'm really excited about my new mods! First up...Vertini Magic wheels!! Keep a look out for my thread in the forum.

I just lowered my 2006 avant on:
- st coilovers ($800 on ECS)
- rotiform LSR 19x8.5 et45 ($600 off facebook marketplace)
- michelin pilot sport a/s3+ 245/35/r19 93y tires ($900 mounted from costco during black friday)

It could use some spacers though. Do be aware that if you intend to keep your old wheels as a spare set, you may need to get new TPMS sensors.

You will sacrifice some ride comfort in going from an 18" to a larger tire. I currently have the 20" wheels on my A6 and have noticed a slightly rougher ride, even in Comfort mode. I might try to get a taller, softer tire when it's time to replace.
