Default Chain tensioner R&R

Quick question: Passenger tensioner is bad. Can I pin the flywheel and block the passenger cam before removing sprocket to get to the tensioner in order to swap it out?

I just did my driver side tensioner. I just did the cam shaft lock. I didn’t lock the flywheel. You only need to block the camshafts on the side you are doing.

No problem, I just did my driver side tensioner and it was pretty easy.
