DRL w/ Headlights
 

Does anyone know how to enable for dlr on 08 a6 to stay on with headlamps? Possible with vcds?

Been wondering same thing. My former S4 did that, and my current A8 does it -- but not my A6.

And no one knows... even google.

perhaps change country...or test different options on the other things you find there...just remember to write down your stock code before changing =)

Has anyone gotten anywhere on this? I would love for my LED strip DRL's to stay on with the headlights... How can we do this?

I had the dealer program my LED DRL's to stay on all the time.

I believe there is another thread on here that tell you how to do it.

I am completely useless with anything mechanical so I jsut take all my cars to the dealers.

for my 07 S6, i did this:

go into vcds - 17 - instruments , then 07-coding, set lights to ROW (Rest of World)
and now you have DRL LEDs on with headlights

not sure if it's the same for A6 but worth a try

My buddy at the local dealer did it for me too. He just changed my region to Canada... and bingo, they stay on.
